SASS ~ Eas'dern Shore Round-Up

 

Today was a day of cold hands and shotgun shell fumbles.  Just ask Big Whiskey!
Warhorse wasn't getting along with his shotgun very well today.  In fact, I think it's fair to say they didn't like each other at all.
The sun was definitely a factor on Lane 1.  You basically had to guess where that Star was.
Teton had his share of fumbles, along with the rest of us.  We need one of those catalytic heaters like Cuss'n Kate has.  It's on order!

Ok, this time I'm going to the line and I'm going to remember the shooting order!

GEEZER GUNS is an off-shoot of the Eas'dern Shore Renegades.  We shoot the 3rd Thursday of every month at the Delmarva Sportsman Assocation in Suddlersville, MD.  We set up the stages at 8:00 a.m. and the fun begins when the stages are set.  We shoot anywhere from 4 to 6 stages.  This is a more casual, relaxed shoot.  All SASS rules apply.  This is a time to practice your shooting skills, work on transitions, etc., all while having a great time with your pards.  So if you're looking for some shooting during the week, a place to work on your shooting, come join us for some fun!

Al LaRue came out today.  He didn't shoot but he picked up brass for the entire match.  What a great delight that was to us.

Coop timing a very colorful Big Whiskey.  Glad the holster held up your new wool pants.  It was a little more difficult when the holster came off, wasn't it?  HA!
At $1.00 a miss, Al LaRue and the rest of us would like to thank you for your generosity, Big Whiskey.  Lunch was wonderful and it was so nice of you to pick up the tab that way.  Totally unexpected but much appreciated.  HA!!!!
